• Site Location — The site location of Premier courses will be at the caliber of national championship competition standards and will be maintained to tournament-ready standards at all times. 
• Core Golf on Special Site — Arnold Palmer Design Company will design uncompromised core golf courses. The courses themselves will remain uninterrupted by visible development (homes, other structures) and will provide ample space to play. 
• Natural Features — Each course will include a major feature, preferably a natural distinguishing feature. If it is required for the feature to be man-made, it will be built to look indigenous.
• Length of Minimum — The site of each Arnold Palmer Premier course will be able to accommodate 7,300+ yards per course.
• Environmental Sensitivity — Each course will avoid, or at the very least minimize, impact on the natural environment of the site. In fact, preference will be given to enhancing the ecology of each site.
• Premier Service — In addition to the incredible golf experience, Arnold Palmer Premier courses will be special luxury retreats and the club’s service, food and lodging will mirror the course’s excellence.
