With an affable demeanor and conversation peppered with hearty chuckles (mostly at himself) Tim Reihm is well-suited to his new job as Membership Director. He has that ability to connect with people and put them at ease right away. And a varied background in teaching, marketing and financial services provided him plenty of opportunities to learn to listen for what people really need. But for him, it really all comes down to golf.

At Seven Falls, he finally has the opportunity to “do it right,” says Tim. “We are going to hire the best people, train them intensely, and give them all the tools to make sure that they give our members the best service possible. Our only product is service, and we are committed to having the very best."
